Excellent!!! We had a family of 6 and wanted to see Hanoi and Halong Bay. I said we wanted a private tour and they totally delivered! Halong Bay - the port was super crowded with tourists, but our guide got us right through to a private boat. They extended our tour so we could go to a little more remote fishing village and we were the only tourists there! We were able to kayak around the area and then did a short hike in a nearby cave. The whole day was amazing and one we will remember for a very long time!!

Joined the Majestic 15 days Vietnam tour started from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi. I'm so impressed by the responsiveness of Mr Lam from responding to my enquiries from pre-trip planning stage till the end of the tour via WhatsApp and phone calls. It was my husband and I first trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. How lucky we were to find Mary at New Asia Tours as I don't think I could have organised this. Mary created the best catered holiday for us and we were treated like royalty. Throughout our 15 days of Vietnam and Cambodia Mary and team were only a call away if we needed anything. Lam from New Asia Tours was absolutely fabulous. He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. I knew nothing about Vietnam so needed advice on where to go, what to see. He spent a lot of time with me planning our itinerary while still allowing us to be flexible enough to have our own free days as well. He arranged transportation between destinations, knowledable guides who spoke English, and also suggested a few places to stay that we never would have found on our own. It just made things seamless, easy, and worry free. Lam was also always easy to contact if we had questions. I highly recommend Lam. We had a fantastic trip and never could have done it without him. Price was reasonable too.

We had a fantastic 19 day tour of Vietnam organized by New Asia Tours. Owner Lam also met us personally in Hanoi and we had a wonderful time with him. Communication in advance was uncomplicated, and short-term changes on site were implemented without any problems. We were particularly impressed by the tours that brought us into contact with the local population, giving us a deeper insight into life in Vietnam.
